Faber&VanderEnde BV offers on behalf of Dynea divers Dynoadd solutions for defoamers and for flow and leveling.

Dynea’s additives control surface tension, ensuring ideal wetting and levelling performance whilst avoiding problems with intercoat adhesion in multi-coat applications. Dynoadd additives are particularly useful for NC, PVB, and radcure based screen inks, flexographic inks, and inkjet inks.

Additives for industrial coatings (Dynoadd)

Thick film applications
Dynoadd F-470	Eliminates air entrapment, pinholes and surface foam. It is particularly suited for thick films like floor coatings, castings and moulding based on 2K epoxies, unsaturated PE and PUs. Does not reduce transparency and is recommended for clear coats.

Additives for Wood Coatings (Dynoadd)

Flow and levelling
Dynoadd F-1	The all-round flow additive. It gives excellent levelling and crater protection for solvent-borne formulations. It is particularly suitable for acid curing and spray applications.
Dynoadd F-100	A highly compatible flow and levelling additive for solvent-borne lacquers. It is ideally suited for use in 2-pack solvent-borne formulations.
Dynoadd F-101	A levelling and wetting additive for solvent-borne and UV-coatings. It prevents surface defects like o orange peel, craters, cissing and pinholes.
Dynoadd F-102	The flow and levelling additive of choice in systems where foam control is of high importance.
Dynoadd F-201	Gives an optimum balance of foam control and flow & levelling properties for solvent-borne spray- applied formulations.
Dynoadd F-404	May be used in all solvent-borne wood coating formulations. It provides a combination of flow and levelling, protection against craters and fish eyes, and improvement of surface slip.
Dynoadd F-409	A flow and levelling additive specifically intended for UV curing coating. The product imparts both good anti-crater resistance and surface slip.
Dynoadd F-601	Gives good flow, anti-crater and overspray cratering protection in water-borne and high polarity solvent borne formulations.
Dynoadd F-603	A low-foaming anti-crater additive for water-borne formulations.
Foam control
Dynoadd F-701B	New Product: eliminates foam, enhances flow
Dynoadd F-706	A highly effective foam control additive for UV coatings. It is effective in preventing generation of foam and it instantly removes remaining surface foam.
Dynoadd F-707	A very effective foam control additive for solvent- borne coatings. It eliminates foamgeneration and removes foam from coating surfaces.
Dynoadd F-712	A foam control additive for UV curing formulations that combines effective foam control and bubble bursting with good compatibility and film clarity.
Texture
Dynoadd P-series	Enables exact control of texture, scratch resistance, smooth feel, and gloss depending on sizes and film thicknesses. Choose from 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 and 60 µm particles.

Additives for Printing Inks (Dynoadd)

Flow and levelling
Dynoadd F-1	Gives substantial appearance benefits to wetting on non-porous substrates, in particular for screen- printed images. It provides improved droplet control for inkjet printing, giving improved throw distance and image clarity. It also prevents printing head aperture blocking and eases cleaning.
Dynoadd F-3B	A levelling additive compliant with current FDA and EU legislation for food contact applications. This additive is an ideal choice for use in flexographic packaging inks due to improved substrate and pigment wetting properties. Recoatability and intercoat adhesion are not affected.
Dynoadd F-100	The selected additive in ink formulations requiring a more compatible additive than Dynoadd F-1.
Dynoadd F-101	Especially suitable for radcure formulations. It improves substrate wetting and provides added protection from surface defects.
Dynoadd F-300	A levelling additive compliant with current FDA and EU legislation for food contact applications. This additive should be used in ink formulations requiring a more compatible wetting and levelling additive.
Dynoadd F-409	A flow additive, especially recommended for high gloss top-coats.
Foam control
Dynoadd F-701B	New Product: eliminates foam, enhances flow
Dynoadd F-705	An extremely effective non-silicone, VOC-free anti- foam for UV-curing formulations.
Dynoadd F-706	A foam control additive for UV curing screen ink applications, preventing foam formation in the screen and in the printed image.
Dynoadd F-708	The non-silicone VOC-free alternative where Dynoadd F-705 has compatibility limitations.
Dynoadd F-711	Combines highly efficient foam control properties with improved compatibility resulting in improved flow and levelling properties.
Dynoadd F-712	A foam control additive for UV curing formulations that combines effective foam control and bubble bursting with good compatibility and film clarity.

Additives for Automotive coatings (Dynoadd)

Flow and levelling
Dynoadd F-1	The ideal, non-silicone flow additive for polyester based solvent borne primers. For clear-coats, it offers good wetting, levelling and crater prevention.
Dynoadd F-100	Brings the benefits of Dynoadd F-1 to higher solids primers and topcoats.
Dynoadd F-101	Improves the levelling and wetting in high solids clear coats requiring an additive with excellent compatibility.
Dynoadd F-106	Improves flow and levelling whilst maintaining excellent clarity.
Dynoadd F-201	A flow and levelling additive with enhanced foam control properties. It is an effective tool to help prevent popping in 2-pack refinish formulations.

Dynoadd F-711	An effective foam control additive with good compatibility that can reduce popping in clear coats. When used in combination with Dynoadd F-100 it enhances the flow and levelling properties, thus reducing orange peel.
